In case your PAN and Aadhaar are not linked, a pop-up notification will be visible with a hyperlink to proceed with the linking.

Once your Aadhaar is linked with your PAN, you will be able to view the message confirming the same from the Income Tax Department database.

You will see a captcha code which you will have to enter. If you are visually impaired, you can request an OTP instead, which will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Linking PAN with Aadhaar by Sending an SMS
Here is how you can link your PAN with Aadhaar by sending an SMS:
Type UIDPAN <space> your 12-digit Aadhaar <space> your 10-digit PAN on your mobile text messages page

PAN and Aadhaar card linking is successful only when all your details in both documents match. In case there are errors such as spelling mistakes in your name, your PAN will not be linked with your Aadhaar.
